Whole, GRAIN Fed Beef. The price noted is the 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance due will be based on hanging weight at a cost of $5.78/lb and is due before I deliver the animal to the butcher. The cost of cut/wrap is additional. If you use our butcher it will be about $1.30/lb billed directly to you from the butcher. You can either pick your beef up at the butcher or we will pick it up for you and store it in our freezer for up to one month. If you choose to use your own butcher let us know and I’ll make arrangements to deliver the animal to the butcher for you for the cost of mileage billed at $3.00/mile from my home in Bickleton, WA. Animals are always available; plan on delivery of meat about 45 days after your order.
