CONVENIENCE
Buy a whole, half or quarter beef and use our butcher or, if you buy a whole animal, your own. Using our USDA butcher you pick your meat up there or we store it for you for a month. Using your butcher, we deliver the animal to them for the cost of mileage. Either way, you are buying the animal from us and paying the butcher directly.
CUSTOM
Choose your own cuts and package sizes. We will help you develop your own cut list OR you can use ours. You pay the butcher directly. Our butcher is USDA inspected, clean, safe and timely. Carcasses hang 14 days before being processed to increase flavor and tenderness.
